Tragedy in Southeast Shelby County: Taquirney Fifer Fatally Shot, Two Men Detained

Memphis, TN – July 17, 2025 — A quiet Wednesday evening turned tragic in Southeast Shelby County as law enforcement responded to a fatal shooting that claimed the life of a young woman and left a community shaken.
