EAST LOS ANGELES, CA — A devastating explosion early this morning has rocked the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) facility in East Los Angeles, leaving at least three people dead and prompting a sweeping investigation into what officials are calling a “catastrophic incident.”
