DAWN, Texas – A tragic and devastating explosion early Wednesday morning at Panhandle Milling in Dawn, Texas, has claimed the life of 36-year-old Melissa Mungia, officials confirmed. Melissa was discovered in the debris after a powerful blast partially collapsed a building at the milling facility.
