HILLIARD, FL — July 24, 2025 — A tragic and deeply disturbing triple homicide rocked the small community of Hilliard, Florida, on Thursday night when 34-year-old Christopher Rowell allegedly shot and killed three individuals inside a home on West 12th Avenue.
