WOOD COUNTY, OH — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s urgent assistance in locating 39-year-old Jessica M. Ruble, who has been reported missing under concerning circumstances. Ruble was last seen in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 27, 2025, in the company of two individuals: James R. Andrews, 40, and Sarah L. Morris, 36.
Authorities have confirmed that the trio was believed to be traveling together in a white Chrysler Sebring with Ohio license plate number KPC 7346. Investigators are working swiftly to trace their movements and determine Ruble’s safety and well-being. At this time, the exact nature of Ruble’s disappearance remains unclear, but her sudden absence has raised significant concern among law enforcement and loved ones alike.
The Sheriff’s Office has released photos of Ruble and Andrews to aid in the identification of those involved and is asking members of the public who may have seen the individuals or the vehicle in question to come forward with any information.
