The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office has now confirmed the identity of the victim as 29-year-old Vantazia Campbell, a resident of Dillon. In connection with this brutal crime, Johnny Leach has been arrested and formally charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
