Brantford, ON – August 1, 2025 -A devastating motor vehicle collision on a quiet stretch of Phelps Road has left the Brantford community in mourning, as two young men lost their lives and two others were seriously injured late Friday evening. The fatal crash, which occurred around 9:30 p.m. between Mount Pleasant Road and Cockshutt Road, drew an urgent response from the Brantford Police Service and emergency medical personnel.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a harrowing two-vehicle collision involving a sedan and an SUV. The aftermath of the crash was severe, with both vehicles sustaining extensive damage.
