The Kansas City Missouri Police Department (KCPD) has identified Rahmalle Ceasar, 30, as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred just before 7:00 p.m. on Saturday evening, near the intersection of 53rd and Prospect Avenue.
Officers responded swiftly to reports of gunfire in the area and located Ceasar at the scene suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite the best efforts of emergency responders to administer aid, Rahmalle Ceasar succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after.
