Bowling Green, OH — The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a fatal single-motorcycle crash that claimed the life of Dustin Moore, 28, of Martin, Ohio. The tragic incident occurred at approximately 1:12 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, on Interstate 475 East near milepost 01 in Perrysburg Township, Wood County.
According to preliminary findings, Dustin Moore was riding a 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle eastbound on I-475 when the motorcycle veered off the roadway and struck a guardrail. The impact caused Mr. Moore to be ejected from the vehicle. Sadly, he was not wearing a helmet at the time and sustained fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding authorities.
