ANCHORAGE, ALASKA — A heartbreaking incident is under investigation in Anchorage after a young girl was found unresponsive and later pronounced deceased in the early morning hours of Monday, August 4, 2025.
According to the Anchorage Police Department (APD), officers responded to a distress call at approximately 8:01 a.m. in the 4500 block of Folker Street, located in the midtown area of the city. Upon arrival, responding officers and emergency medical personnel discovered a female juvenile who was sadly declared dead at the scene.
