According to the Portland Police Bureau, Willie Talimao Jr. was fatally struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross Southeast 122nd Avenue. Emergency personnel responded swiftly to the scene, but despite their efforts, Talimao succumbed to his injuries. He was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.
