In Loving Memory of Michael Lee Salls (Mike) ,February 16, 1980 – August 8, 2025

On the evening of Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, Mike experienced a devastating motorcycle accident near his home. He was struck from the side and left unconscious on the road. Despite the dedicated care and efforts of medical professionals, Mike sustained severe brain injuries that could not be overcome. After two days of hope and courage, he peacefully passed away on Friday morning, August 8th, at 6:57 AM, surrounded by the love of his family.

Mike was much more than a name to us—he was a devoted father whose laughter and guidance shaped the lives of his children; a loving husband whose partnership was built on trust, respect, and boundless affection; a caring son, a loyal brother, a cherished neighbor, a trusted friend, and a dedicated coworker. At just 45 years old, Mike was full of life, dreams, and plans that were suddenly left unfinished. His vibrant spirit and kind heart touched everyone he met and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He was truly the heart and soul of our family, providing not only emotional support but also the financial foundation that allowed us to thrive. The loss of Mike has created a profound emptiness—one that no words can fully express. Beyond the grief, his sudden departure has left us facing unexpected and overwhelming financial challenges. From medical bills to funeral expenses, and the everyday costs of life without his presence and support, the road ahead feels daunting.

In this time of unimaginable loss, we humbly reach out for help. Any donation, no matter the size, will be a beacon of hope and a critical support as we work to cover these urgent expenses and try to find stability amidst our heartbreak. Your generosity will ease some of the burdens we now carry and remind us that we are not alone.

From the depths of our hearts, we thank you for your compassion, your kindness, and your prayers. Mike’s memory will live on in the love he gave and the lives he touched. We ask that you keep his family in your thoughts as we navigate this difficult journey.

If you want it softer, more formal, or more personal, just say the word!
