Denton, TX – Denton police have arrested 22-year-old Noah Kendrick following a tragic crash on Friday night that claimed the life of a woman in her 50s. According to police spokesperson Lacy Fenn, Kendrick has been charged with intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Windsor Drive at Northway, near Bonnie Brae Street. Officers responding to the scene reported that a vehicle was traveling westbound on Windsor Drive and failed to yield the right of way while turning onto Northway. Kendrick, driving eastbound on Windsor Drive, collided with the passenger side of that vehicle, resulting in catastrophic injuries.
