Born and raised in the warm, close-knit town of Concord, Hayley was the beloved daughter of David J. McNeff of Wayland and Michelle C. Walker of South Dartmouth. She was the cherished sister of Ashley S. McNeff of San Francisco and Scott P. McNeff of Quincy, and the adored niece of Susan G. McNeff of Newburyport and Kathy M. McNeff of Needham. Her family was blessed to have her love and presence, and she held dear many extended relatives who also adored her.

Hayley’s passion for life was evident from a young age. She was an outstanding student and an active participant in school sports and community events during her time at Concord-Carlisle High School. She carried her love for learning forward to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, a milestone she treasured deeply.

Athletics were more than a pastime for Hayley — they were a calling. From her youth through adulthood, she excelled in various sports, including equestrian competitions, board diving, and skiing. Her dedication culminated in her earning the prestigious title of U.S. Bodybuilding Champion, a testament to her incredible physical strength, discipline, and mental resilience.

But Hayley’s interests went far beyond athletics. She pursued graduate studies in psychology, driven by a deep desire to understand the human mind and support others facing life’s challenges. Her commitment to this path reflected the same determination and grace she applied to every part of her life.
