RICHMOND, Ky — Authorities in Richmond are investigating a tragic crash that claimed the lives of 54-year-old Tommy Oliver and 69-year-old Cynthia Tyra late Thursday morning.
The deadly collision occurred just after 11 a.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Berea Road and Center Drive, a busy stretch of roadway located next to the Kroger store.
