Stroudsburg Motorcyclist Matthew Hirsch Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in Paradise Township

PARADISE TOWNSHIP, PA — Authorities are investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of Stroudsburg resident Matthew Hirsch, 31, late Thursday night, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

Hirsch was pronounced dead early on August 15, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest following the crash, which occurred around 11 p.m. on August 14 in Paradise Township, Lehigh County, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
