Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that the victim—later identified as Vincent Joseph—had been shot multiple times while inside a vehicle.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, after sustaining the gunshot wounds, Joseph managed to drive away from the scene. Additionally, he faces a charge of illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a serious offense reflecting his prior criminal history.
On the evening of Thursday, July 17, Woodside was located and arrested in Terrebonne Parish with the assistance of deputies from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office. He was initially booked into the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex and has since been transferred to the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex, where he remains in custody.
