San Angelo, TX – July 24, 2025 — The San Angelo Police Department has made a significant breakthrough in a recent homicide investigation with the arrest of 17-year-old Justin Ramirez, who has been formally charged with murder in connection to the deadly incident.
The arrest of Ramirez follows an extensive investigation led by the Criminal Investigations Division, and marks a crucial turning point as detectives continue to piece together the circumstances surrounding the case.
In addition to Ramirez’s arrest, investigators are actively searching for two more suspects believed to be directly involved in the homicide:
- Davon Lewis, 17 years old
- Dominick Garcia, 16 years old
Both Lewis and Garcia are currently wanted for murder, and arrest warrants have been issued. They are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who may see them or have knowledge of their whereabouts is urged to not approach, but instead contact police or Crime Stoppers immediately.
All Individuals Identified
At this stage in the investigation, all individuals believed to be involved in the case have been identified. The San Angelo Police Department continues to work diligently to bring all parties to justice.
