At 12:17 a.m., County 9-1-1 received a call reporting a shooting at a residence located at 446 Hochberg Road in Penn Hills, a suburb of Pittsburgh. First responders arrived at the scene to find Kenneth Dorsey suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where—despite the efforts of medical personnel—he succumbed to his injuries just a few hours later.
