Warren County, IN — A tragic motorcycle accident on Saturday afternoon, August 2, 2025, has claimed the lives of two beloved men, 49-year-old Vance Kelley and 48-year-old Jeremy Allen, both of whom were tragically killed in a crash on State Road 63 near Baltimore Hill Road, according to the Indiana State Police.
The accident occurred just before 4 p.m., when two motorcycles were traveling northbound on State Road 63. According to troopers at the scene, the lead motorcycle slowed in preparation to make a turn. The trailing motorcycle, for reasons still under investigation, was unable to stop in time and collided with the lead bike. The impact threw both riders from their vehicles, resulting in fatal injuries to both Kelley and Allen.
