According to Foor’s mother, the young man had just spent his morning doing what he loved most—being a father. He had taken his young daughter to Smiley, a children’s activity and play center, and afterward stopped by the Dollar Store to pick up a pack of diapers. It was meant to be a quick errand. Instead, it turned into a senseless act of violence that stole his life.
Witnesses said the shooting occurred in the parking lot of the store.
