With growing panic, she checked his phone’s location data and found a chilling clue: Izzy was “out west”—nowhere near home, and certainly not somewhere a young boy should have been without supervision. Within moments, that rising anxiety spiraled into devastation. A call came in that would forever alter the course of her life.

Izzy and his older brother, 24-year-old Wayland Coe, had both been found shot inside a car near West 38th Street around 4 a.m. Police and paramedics rushed to the scene. A devastating single-vehicle crash in Hart County on Sunday evening has claimed the life of a teenage girl and left a community mourning. According to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched to the 3500 block of Montevideo Road at approximately 6:45 p.m. following reports of a crash involving a pickup truck. Upon arrival, deputies and EMS personnel discovered a Ford F-150 overturned in a field, with significant damage from the crash.

According to the New Hampshire State Police, Troopers from the Troop D barracks were dispatched to the scene shortly after reports of a serious collision between two vehicles: a 1979 orange Volkswagen Bus and a 2023 white Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van.

Upon arrival, Troopers were joined by personnel from the Concord Fire Department, as well as EMS units, who were informed of life-threatening injuries to one of the drivers.
