Frankfort, IN (July 22, 2025)- On July 21, 2025, at approximately 4:02 PM, Frankfort Police Department officers responded to a report of multiple shots fired in the 1200 block of Magnolia Avenue. Officers arrived quickly and found evidence related to the incident. Multiple officers, detectives, and a crime scene investigator immediately began an intensive investigation.

Through the initial investigation, it was determined that the altercation involved known individuals and was not a random act of violence. Detectives quickly identified two suspects connected to the shooting. This led to the execution of multiple search warrants at separate locations and the collection of critical evidence.

As the search scenes were being processed, both suspects were located and taken into custody. With the assistance of the Lebanon Police Department, 18-year-old Logen M. Bolin was apprehended in Lebanon, Indiana. He was then transferred to our custody and transported to the Clinton County Jail on felony weapons-related charges. The second suspect, a juvenile male, was also taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County Jail.

At this time, no major injuries have been reported to anyone involved or to any innocent bystanders. However, property damage was reported in the area. This case remains an active investigation.

There is no known ongoing threat to the community. Detectives believe this was an isolated incident between individuals who were familiar with one another.
